1 ½ T corn flour

4 ½ tsp chili powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp seasoned salt

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp garlic salt

½ tsp sugar

1 tsp dried minced onion

½ tsp red pepper flakes

1 cup water

1 ½ lbs ground beef

Measure out all seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.

Crumble the pound (or 1 ¼ lb) of ground beef over medium heat. Cook until browned. Rinse meat with warm water into a colander. This allows you to remove the grease from the meat.

Return meat to skillet and pour in seasoning and the cup of water. Lower skillet heat to medium-low and let the meat cook and simmer.

Prepare and chop toppings: Shred Cheddar Cheese, Chop Iceberg Lettuce, Chop some tomatoes, and place salsa in a bowl. Use either tortillas or hard shell tacos to make your taco dinner.
