Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

20 large eggs

1 ½ tsp salt

A few pinches of pepper

Directions:

Crack all the eggs into a large bowl. Remember to use the flat side of the table to crack them to minimize egg shells.

Place all eggs into a large bowl, and whisk in the salt and pepper.

Let the ingredients sit while you prepare some toppings:

Cheddar Cheese, grated

Green Onions, thinly chopped

Chopped Ham, thinly chopped

Ketchup

Heat up wok, to a medium heat. Place 1 Tablespoon of butter in the wok. Add the egg mixture, and cook for approximately ten minutes, slowly scraping it occasionally with a rubber spatula.

Top with your favorite toppings!
