Mini Apple Pie Wonton Cups

Ingredients:

Wonton Wrappers

Coconut Spray

Apple Pie Filling

4 medium sized apples, peeled, sliced and chopped into small pieces.

2 T Butter

½ cup brown sugar

2 tsp cinnamon

1/3 cup water

Pinch of salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mould wonton wrappers into mini muffin tins. Spray lightly with coconut spray.

Cook the wrappers for approximately 6 minutes, watch closely, they brown quick.

 

Meanwhile, put all other ingredients into a large saucepan. Bring to a simmer, then turn heat down to medium. Let simmer for approximately 8 minutes until apples are softened. There should be no liquid left, just a syrupy coating.

Fill the mini muffin wontons with the warm apple pie filling.
