Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:

2 slices Whole Wheat Bread

2 slices favorite Cheese Slices (Cheddar, Monterey Jack, etc)

1-2 tsp Butter

(Some additional goodies you might want to include in your sandwich – Ham, Tomatoes, etc)

Directions:

Heat a large skillet to medium heat. Place both slices of bread on cutting board and generously spread softened butter on top side of each slice.

Lay one slice of bread, buttered side down in the skillet and add a couple slices of cheese on top. This is a great time to add some additional favorite ingredients to your sandwich – sliced tomato, bacon, a slice of ham, etc.   Top with the remaining slice of bread and cook. In about five minutes, the cheese should begin to melt and the bottom bread browning. Flip the sandwich and cook the other side!
